FAQ
One page. An image is 1 page and a PDF costs its page count, so a 1-page invoice is 1 credit and a 3-page statement is 3. Credits are charged only when extraction succeeds. A failed model call is refunded. A document longer than your plan's pages per document is refused before any credit is taken. Unused credits expire at renewal.
A plan covers one workspace. The owner chooses Change plan on the Plan page. Upgrade and Downgrade open the billing page, which asks for confirmation before anything is charged. A new subscription then continues to the payment form.
Per workspace. Every key, MCP client, and teammate in a workspace shares its credits. Each workspace has its own plan, so a plan on one workspace does not cover another. Free credits apply only to your personal workspace.
50 pages a month, files up to 10 MB and 10 pages, and 3 saved schemas, on your personal workspace. Email invites need a paid plan on that workspace. You can still join a workspace someone else invited you to.
Yes. The owner can move up or down from this page. Moving to Free keeps the paid plan until the end of the period. A higher plan updates the subscription.

Not until the paid period ends. Paddle keeps the card for that whole period, including after you cancel. You can replace it from the Plan page. After the subscription ends, the card can be removed in Paddle.
